Held in conjunction with the IAFE’s annual convention, our show is held in the Marriott Rivercenter, San Antonio Texas

Set up Monday morning from 9:00 to 11:00, open at 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday, November 26th & Tuesday November 27th
SLA members get in free, others are $35
Table top format, each exhibitor has a 30” x 6’ table with two chairs in front and two in back
No expensive pipe & drape, no carpet required
Oval setup with interior table for meeting and lunch

Deadlines:

May 24th - Hotel registration begins (book through IAFE room block)

August 1st - Booth rates increase if at least 50% is not paid

October 1st - Balance of the booth is due
